Are Culture Briefings availabe in a hardcopy format?

No. Culture Briefings are electronic publications — e-books — published in Adobe Acrobat. When you make your purchase, you immediately download your briefing to your computer. You can then open the briefing with Adobe Reader and print it or read it on your computer.


What do I do if my computer does not have the Adobe Reader program?

What do I do if something goes wrong while downloading my Culture Briefing?

If something happens (power outage, lost internet connection, etc) that keeps you from completing the download of your Culture Briefing, go to our “Contact Us” page to e-mail us of your situation. If possible, include your order number in the e-mail. We will then e-mail you a copy of the Culture Briefing that you ordered.


How do I pay for my Culture Briefing?

When you click on a "Buy and Get Now" link, you will be taken to the ClickBank secure payment Web site to enter your payment information. ClickBank is our payment processor.
